The aim of the course is to enhance these skills further, and open up the Equinox development
environment to external connectivity. Delegates will:
- Learn how to use Equinox to connect to external DLLs, other applications via DDE, and other databases via ODBC
- Study Equinox external file handling capabilities within method language
- Learn other advanced method language techniques, including multi-dimensional arrays, queue messages, and the ‘ExecuteMacro’ function
- Learn how to optimise network applications, including Remote Execution configuration
- Have a full Q & A session with a senior developer on the Equinox Research and Development Team (questions can be submitted beforehand or asked at the time)
- Study advanced application design issues, with many practical example
