The Dunstable based Maule Group has recently signed up to a new flexible consulting contract with Compsoft for ongoing, ad-hoc development of their Equinox-based administration system. The database is used to manage their business as insurance loss adjusters, recording everything from claim and policy details to comprehensive logging of time spent on calls and site visits. The flexible reporting options enable the production of invoices for work completed on individual claims when required.
This new agreement allows Maule to implement changes to their system to respond to new customer requirements as and when needed. Compsoft's Paul Vernon has recently completed additions to the database and related reports, fulfilling the new requirements of insurer Liverpool Victoria, a major customer of the Group.
