support package is the most comprehensive support package
Compsoft offers. Signature support incorporates all of the
services of both End User and Developer support packages and is aimed at the larger,
mission critical developers. The focus with Signature support
is on proactive regular contact between Compsoft and its
customers, to ensure that customers receive the very best
service.
The Signature package offers the contents
of the End User and the Developer support packages, plus the
following key services:
- 4 days on-site support
- Compsoft will send an appropriate employee to a customer’s
site within one week of a request
- Unused days can be turned into consultancy at 70% of
the current rate
- Weekly review calls
- A scheduled weekly telephone conference call between
the customer and the Support Manager
- Quarterly visits to Compsoft
- An opportunity to meet with the other departments in Compsoft,
particularly R&D and Consulting
- Five customer contacts
- Call response guarantees and higher prioritised issue handling
- Managed escalation of issues, including guaranteed daily
updates of critical issues
- Up to 50% discount on Equinox software purchases
