The End User package offers the following
services:
- Unlimited access to the call centre for Help & Support which is open 9am – 5.30 pm (UK time) Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.
- Assistance on all application issues, such as:
- Invoices have stopped printing
- Cannot login to the system
- System needs to be optimised
- Server not responding
- Installing Equinox on new computer
- Upgrading to a new build of equinox
- Restoring from a backup
- Resolving database corruption
- Microsoft Office integration advice
NOTE: This does not include assistance with the adding of new features such as reports, forms or other functionality, or assistance in the event that such work has been done by an unauthorised third party.
- Equinox build releases as required.
- One customer contact
- Online call system that allows tracking and prioritising of issues.
- A developer onsite within 2 working days for business critical issues (at the added cost of the prevailing consultancy rate at the time, plus expenses).
