The Developer support package offers the following services:

  • Unlimited access to the call centre for Help & Support which is open 9am – 5.30 pm (UK time) Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.
  • All areas of method language support
  • Unlimited Knowledgebase access
  • Online investigation methodology including:
    • Remote access support (via remote desktop, VNC, or client specific software)
    • Special debug builds of Equinox if necessary which can help track down software problems
  • Two customer contacts
  • Call response guarantees and prioritised issue handling
  • Equinox Build & Maintenance releases as required
  • Web-server support
  • Purchase bespoke days at a discounted rate of £495 per day (up to a maximum of 4 days per year)
  • Up to 40% discount on Equinox software purchases
